Upgrade highly available base ArcGIS Enterprise deployment from 10.6.1 or 10.7 to 10.7.1

• On Windows:
  1. Obtain Portal for ArcGIS 10.7 authorization (.json file) and ArcGIS Server 10.7 authorization files if you are upgrading from 10.6.1, and place them in the same deployment bucket where you stored 10.6.1 authorization files for your 10.6.1 deployment.
  2. Download arcgis-webgis-ha-update-policy.json file.
  3. In CloudFormation Service page in the AWS console, select the CloudFormation stack you want to upgrade, click on "Update Stack".
  4. Specify a template to replace the current template. The new template URL is https://s3.amazonaws.com/arcgisstore1071/11595/templates/arcgis-upgrade-webgis-ha-windows.template.
  5. In the parameters update page, only update the ServerLicenseFile and PortalLicenseFile if upgrading from 10.6.1 to point to the 10.7 authorization files.
  6. For stack policy, upload the arcgis-webgis-ha-update-policy.json file you just downloaded. This stack policy can define the resources that you want to protect from unintentional updates during a stack update.
  7. Click on Update stack and it will bring your deployment stack to 10.7.1.
• On Ubuntu:
  1. Obtain Portal for ArcGIS 10.7 authorization (.json file) and ArcGIS Server 10.7 authorization files if you are upgrading from 10.6.1, and place them in the same deployment bucket where you stored 10.6.1 authorization files for your 10.6.1 deployment.
